e7ee Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

By accessing, registering on, or using the e7ee platform at e7ee.io (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform. e7ee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the e7ee Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. e7ee enforces a strict 21+ age requirement across all products and services. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or affiliate of e7ee, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an e7ee account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in collusion with any other user for the purposes of match-fixing, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity described in Section 8 of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) active account on the e7ee Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

At registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payment verification), and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. e7ee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

e7ee reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Identity verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.

e7ee accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set at the platform level and communicated within the deposit interface at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted at e7ee's sole discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and refunded to the originating payment source.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your e7ee account within approximately 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution.
• e7ee does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which e7ee bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be recalled once credited to your e7ee account balance. Contact [email protected] immediately if you believe an erroneous deposit has occurred.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 3. e7ee applies this same-method policy as a fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering measure.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending review for up to 72 hours in cases where additional documentation is required. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.): Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically processed within 3–5 business days subject to issuing bank processing times.

Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) the account is subject to an active investigation; (b) the account has an outstanding verification request; (c) bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) e7ee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity associated with the account.

e7ee may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers from time to time, including promotions tied to Bangladeshi calendar events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible, fully verified accounts only. Unverified accounts are not entitled to claim or retain bonus value.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering multiplier, eligible games, and an expiry date. These parameters must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All bets placed on the e7ee Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game type, or event. It is the responsibility of the user to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager. General provisions that apply across all betting products are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. e7ee does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of verifiable technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a live bet or game session, e7ee will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the bet state from server records and resolve the outcome accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake may be voided and returned to the account balance.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• e7ee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been affected by match manipulation, corruption, or any circumstances that materially compromise the integrity of the outcome.
• Random number generators (RNGs) used in slots and instant games are independently reviewed to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The house edge for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live table game are governed by the applicable provider's published rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e7ee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of a pre-determined outcome, or participating in any scheme to corrupt the result of a sporting event.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purposes of concealing, converting, or transferring funds derived from illegal activities.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between e7ee and other platforms through coordinated betting strategies.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, accumulating bonuses, or evading a prior suspension.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited and used on the Platform.

All content on the e7ee Platform — including but not limited to the e7ee brand name, logo, graphics, text, software, game assets, data feeds, odds compilations, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of e7ee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of e7ee.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e7ee, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from a technical failure, network interruption, or system outage beyond e7ee's reasonable control.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in live odds, scores, or event data provided by third-party data feed suppliers.

e7ee's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e7ee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmissions between your device and the e7ee Platform are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. e7ee does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention.

• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or by a responsible gaming authority.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires account action.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be preserved and not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the funds were derived from prohibited conduct. e7ee will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder at the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

A user wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

e7ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, e7ee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to arrange closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
